Rowan House is home to 25 residents with acute mental health needs, working alongside the Adult Mental Health Team. As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts, medication management, delegate tasks, manage incidents, monitor the health & safety of the project and residents.
