We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Primary School Sports Coach to join our team, delivering high-quality PPA cover PE lessons and after-school sports clubs at a welcoming primary school in Bracknell. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for inspiring children to enjoy sport, build confidence, and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, structured, and inclusive PE lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Lead fun and inspiring after-school clubs (football, gymnastics, multi-sports), encouraging teamwork and healthy competition
* Create a safe and positive environment for all activities, including managing equipment effectively
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Hours
* Monday: 2 hrs PPA + 1 hr Football Club
* Tuesday: 4 hrs PPA + 1 hr Gymnastics Club
* Wednesday: 4 hrs PPA + 1 hr Multi-Sport Club
* Thursday: 4 hrs PPA
What We're Looking For
* Experience delivering sports coaching or PE to primary-aged children
* Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2 coaching certificate or PE-specific qualifications)
* An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
* First Aid and Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners
* A genuine passion for sport, physical education, and helping children thrive
