Tech Lead / Engineering Manager – Hands-On | SaaS Startup | Remote

What You’ll Do
* Lead a cross-functional team of 10 engineers, guiding delivery, performance, and culture.
* Remain hands-on with the codebase, architecture, and technical decisions.
* Collaborate with leadership to shape our product and engineering vision.
* Drive a high-performance team culture through mentorship, feedback, and clear direction.
* Ensure scalable, clean code and lean delivery processes.

* Frontend: React, TypeScript
We’re open to candidates from either a backend or frontend background – what matters most is technical excellence and leadership experience.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.
* Senior-level engineering skills with a strong foundation in either frontend or backend development.
* A passion for scaling teams and products in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote setup.
