Base pay range
Hours: 48
Salary: £12.30 to £12.30 per hour
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. If you need more flexibility, we offer a variety of working patterns to fit your personal commitments. We provide all in‑house training free of charge and set a clear career path from day one.

Key duties
* Provide personal care—including bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
* Administer medication.
* Assist and engage residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings.
* Follow care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures.
* Develop an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents.
* Maintain written daily records.
* Attend and complete training as required.
Personal attributes required
Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are essential characteristics of a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
White House is a large detached house near the village of Datchet, four miles east of Slough town centre. The home provides 24‑hour care and support for up to nine residents with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties and associated complex needs. The environment is lively, welcoming, and offers plenty of local amenities and activities.
