An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and organised Projects Manager to join a growing construction team delivering a mix of small works and large-scale residential developments across multiple sites in the Midlands.
This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with strong coordination and site management skills, looking to take ownership of multiple projects from design handover to build completion.
Role Purpose:
To effectively manage construction projects through all stages – ensuring delivery to brief, budget, timeline, and required quality standards. You’ll act as a central link between internal departments, external consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project delivery from design handover to completion

Conduct and document site visits, assessments, and inspections
*
Interpret technical designs and ensure works follow approved specifications
*
Create and manage construction programmes aligned with budget and deadlines
*
Liaise with building control, warranty providers, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Issue clear instructions to site teams and external partners
*
Manage procurement of materials, plant, and equipment to align with site timelines
*
Prepare documentation including RAMS and variation agreements
*
Monitor and report project performance, costs, and progress to senior management
*
Ensure all projects meet internal standards and external safety and compliance requirements
*
Maintain accurate records and updates using the company’s project database
*
Support the preparation of project invoicing and financial reporting
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in a Project or Site Manager role (construction sector)
*
Experience managing both small refurbishment jobs and larger new build sites
*
Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and regulations
*
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
*
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
*
Confident communicator able to engage with a variety of stakeholders
*
Competent with documentation, record-keeping, and project tracking
*
Full UK driving licence (essential)
