Field Service Engineer – Leeds Area – From £36,450 per annum - Permanent

We are reimagining coffee experiences across 50+ countries as part of the Coca‑Cola System. As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll maintain and service Costa Express equipment, diagnose faults, solve problems, and deliver excellent customer service to our partners.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
* Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
* Provide first‑class customer service to our partners
Qualifications
* Agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role
* Efficiency expert ready to keep equipment operating effectively
* People person who can stay calm under pressure
Training
Our City & Guilds Assured training programme supports continuous improvement and includes technical learning in our Loudwater Academy, fault‑finding, and digital platform use.
We will pair you with an experienced Field Service Engineer during initial on‑site learning before moving into deeper technical training.
Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 1/4 weekends.
