Our client is recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to support in residential care homes and supported living services across the Deal area, they require someone that can commit to multiple shifts providing continuity.

DBS - Child and Adult workforce - must be on update service
6 months UK paid experience in the role of a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant within the last 3 years
Proof of right to work in the UK
CSTF accredited practical training (Only)
This role is ideal for Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full-time hours on a flexible basis. With our client you choose what days you are available to work, whether that be early shifts, late shifts, long days or even weekends - they understand how important a work-life balance is, so they work around you and your flexibility to suit you and your lifestyle.
Shift patterns will vary from 8-2,2-8,8-8 long days and wake nights.
If on a sponsorship they are required to contact your sponsor to confirm and require a full CoS.
Rates of pay for all Healthcare Assistants range from £13.68 - £18.00 per hour (including holiday pay), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
