KS3 Nurture Teacher Required - Nurture and Inspire Young Minds in a Supportive Environment
Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS3 Teacher to join a team at a specialist school in Effingham, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape their Nurture program, providing individualised support and creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for students with ASD and other complex needs.
Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students aged 11-16 who have ASD and other complex or anxiety-related needs.
* You will create a nurturing and supportive environment that helps students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
* You will be part of a dedicated and committed multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to ensure that students receive the best possible care and education.
What They\'re Looking For
* A qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching.
* A passion for working with students with complex needs and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
* The ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and understanding manner.
* A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
