What you’ll be doing: Execute efficient press changeovers to meet daily SMED targets. Work safely and support site health, safety, and environmental objectives. Contribute to Lean improvements, particularly in SMED and yield Accurate information loading and analysis of Radius is key Support timely, cost-effective delivery of the print plan Support initiatives to reduce changeover times What You Bring Must-Haves: Experience in printing or manufacturing environments Strong attention to detail Solid problem-solving skills under pressure Team player with a safety-first mindset Comfortable following procedures and manuals Basic computer skills Bonus Points For: Previous experience in high-speed printing environments Experience working with Radius Exposure to short-run or fast-changeover production Why Join Us?
