Hours: Part-time - 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) | 6 hours per day

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service / Administrator to join my client based in Formby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused mindset to step into a part-time temporary role with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing orders and updating internal systems
* General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document handling
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Confident communicator with a polite and professional manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in basic IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
* Must be reliable, punctual, and available to start immediately
Working Hours:
* Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
* 6 hours per day (exact times to be confirmed with successful candidate)
