Contracts Manager Hard Services (Facilities Management)
Location: Croydon
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial sites across Croydon and the surrounding area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong facilities management professional with a background in hard services to join a growing and well-established FM provider.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational delivery of hard FM services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance, service excellence and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the delivery of hard services maintenance contracts across a multi-site portfolio
2. Leading and supporting engineering teams and site supervisors
3. Ensuring all works are delivered in line with SLA/KPI requirements
4. Managing PPM and reactive maintenance programmes
5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
6. Managing subcontractors and specialist service providers
7. Ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
8. Monitoring contract performance, budgets and reporting
