This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly acquisitive, private-equity–backed healthcare organisation undergoing rapid growth. Working closely with a dynamic and commercially focused CFO, the Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and ensuring robust financial oversight across new and existing projects.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Lead preparation of annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-term financial plans
Develop and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts to support operational and investment decisions
Produce insightful financial analysis, KPIs, and performance dashboards for senior leadership and PE stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, supporting them with financial insight to improve performance
Challenge assumptions, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost optimisation
Build strong relationships across finance, operations, and project teams
Support financial modelling and due diligence for ongoing acquisitions
Assist with post-acquisition integration, ensuring new entities are aligned with group financial processes and reporting standards
Provide financial oversight on project spend and investment cases
Monitor capital expenditure, project budgets, and ROI analyses
Ensure robust tracking and governance around project spend, including presenting variances and corrective actions
Work closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decks
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, commentary, and variance analysis
Suitable candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Experience working in a PE-backed, fast-paced, or growth environment (desirable)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into insight
Confident, commercially minded, and comfortable challenging stakeholders
Highly proactive with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
