This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive independent lettings agency in Andover.
You’ll be part of an experienced and supportive team, managing a diverse portfolio of local residential properties and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation while providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

* Manage a portfolio of residential properties let on ASTs
* Handle all aspects of property management, including maintenance, inspections, renewals, and compliance
* Serve Section 21 and Section 8 Notices when required
* Ensure all safety certificates are up to date and compliant
* Negotiate tenancy renewals and manage tenancy deposits
* Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Deliver high levels of customer service and maintain strong relationships
* Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while upholding professional standards
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

* Proven experience as a Residential Property Manager
* Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Effective problem-solving abilities
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Knowledge of the local area beneficial
* Full driving licence essential and own car preferred
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
