So, what will you be doing?
Keeping front-of-house immaculate while delivering a first-class welcome to tenants and visitors
Assisting the Centre Manager with daily operations and tenant support
Handling tenant queries and minor site issues quickly and efficiently
Managing lounge and reception areas, ensuring everything is clean and well-stocked
Overseeing security checks, supporting health & safety, and assisting with fire drills
Hosting tenant tours and handling enquiries, working with contractors and suppliers
Completing admin tasks and acting as keyholder for any emergencies
