* Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS): For roles including full planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA).
* Competitive Daily Rate: For "turn up and teach" roles with zero planning or prep required.
* Work-Life Balance: Standard hours of 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. When the bell rings, your day is done.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). The ideal candidate has experience teaching in a primary school setting, possesses excellent classroom management skills, and is committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. You must be passionate about helping every child reach their full potential, whether you are there for a term or a single day.
