33mm is the average size of the area of our brain responsible for the feeling of nostalgia, Hippocampus.
Founded in June 2021 by a small team of creatives in Manchester. 33mm is a premium fashion brand created for non-conformists and inspired by nostalgia. Our mission is to inspire confidence through our timeless pieces and nostalgic creative.

What will your responsibilities be?
• Shoot campaign, lookbook, and social videos using professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.)
• Create social-first video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Light, frame, and shoot to a high production standard
• Edit videos for multiple formats (social, website, ads, campaigns)
• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Travel for shoots when required
• Work closely with the creative director and marketing teams
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with our identity, campaigns and product launches.
• Analyse creative performance and propose data-driven improvements.
• Working with the product and marketing teams to plan and manage the content calendar.
• Monitor social media culture, communities, trends and adapt them to the brand's identity.
What will help you succeed?
Above all else we are looking for someone who is kind, genuine and caring.
Ability to execute both high-production shoots and fast turnaround social content
2+ years' experience in videography, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries
Strong understanding of professional camera systems, lighting, and composition.
Understanding of social media video formats and pacing
Strong creative eye aligned with contemporary fashion brands
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
Ability to work autonomously, creatively and consistently.
Passion for storytelling, culture and alignment with 33mm's aesthetic.
