Job details
This role is based at our Plymouth head office, with travel across the South West and occasional nationwide work, supported by flexible/home working. You will deliver high-quality training across accredited courses including IOSH, IEMA, NEBOSH, PASMA, and SSG programmes, acting as a mentor and a SME who inspires a positive approach to safety.

What you will do
* Deliver engaging SSG certified, and externally accredited training, using flexible delivery methods including in-person, virtual, hybrid, and e-learning.
* Adapt confidently to different training environments and locations, maintaining consistent quality and learner experience.
* Review, develop, and improve training courses and materials, while actively engaging in CPD and upskilling.
* Provide H&S consultancy services, including site inspections, incident investigations, gap analyses, and practical improvement recommendations.
* Produce clear, accurate reports and apply academic and industry knowledge to deliver solutions based advice to clients.
* Support wider business activities, including sales tenders, project work, toolbox talks, and collaboration in line with company values.
Who you are
* Have Tech IOSH membership or higher (essential), with NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
* Chartered IOSH status and Diploma level qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
* Proven experience delivering health and safety training, both in person and online.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* A specialism in Fire, ISO, or Construction is advantageous.
