Overview
This is not just a front-of-house leadership position - it's a key operational and analytical role. You'll work closely with the General Manager and two other Assistant Managers, taking ownership of labour planning, rota control, cost and waste management, and financial performance tracking. As a growing site (currently around 300 covers and expanding), you'll play a vital role in shaping its next chapter - ensuring every shift runs smoothly while driving efficiency behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
* Proven experience in hospitality management - ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or airport environment
* Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with confidence using data to improve performance
* Hands-on leader who thrives in service and leads by example
* Collaborative mindset - able to work closely with fellow managers toward shared targets and goals
* Passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering results
* Support two thriving bars at Newcastle Airport and contribute to ongoing expansion plans
