Reporting directly to the Head of HR/People, you'll immerse yourself in data reporting, compliance policies, and ensuring top-notch data quality and analysis.Work Environment:
* Part-time basis: 2 days in-office, 1 or 2 day's remote
* Prime location in the heart of the City
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data/Reward Analysis of Payroll, Benefits, Bonuses, Annual reviews etc
2. Collaborate with the HR assistant to input new starter informationAssist in preparing annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, and profit commission spreadsheets
3. Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate capture of adjustments
