We’re looking for a hands-on Compliance professional to take ownership of reviewing and approving our financial promotions. This is a high-impact role at the centre of how we communicate with customers — ensuring everything we publish is fair, clear, not misleading and FCA-compliant, while enabling the business to move at pace. What You’ll Do Review and approve promotions across web, email, SMS, social, paid ads, affiliates, scripts and CTAs Ensure compliance with FCA expectations, including risk warnings, balanced messaging and good customer outcomes Assess suitability for target audiences, with focus on vulnerability, eligibility clarity, fees and key limitations Maintain strong governance: approval logs, version control, audit trail and evidence retention Provide practical, solutions-focused feedback to marketing teams Support high-volume reviews with quick turnaround, prioritising effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy Review websites, landing pages and customer journeys Monitor live promotions and third-party activity Support wider compliance monitoring, reporting and audit What We’re Looking For Experience in an FCA-regulated environment (claims management preferred) Proven experience reviewing/approving financial promotions Strong understanding of FCA expectations for customer communications Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail Able to work at pace without compromising quality Confident stakeholder management Desirable: FCA Financial Promotions rules, ASA/CAP Code, GDPR/PECR knowledge, affiliate/introducer oversight experience.
