Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
If you enjoy taking responsibility, supporting learning at a higher level, and working closely with teaching staff, this HLTA role could be a great fit.
You’ll support learning across the school, cover classes when required, and work with students who benefit from targeted intervention and structure.
Daily pay: £110–£130
The role
* Supporting teaching and learning across subjects
* Leading small-group interventions
* Covering classes where appropriate
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
* Helping maintain consistent routines and expectations

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Confidence working independently with students
* Strong behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
