Your new roleAs a Mobile Technician, you will be supporting different accounts: diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing support to users, and maintaining IT systems.You will be:
1. Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software problems.
2. Setting up and configuring new devices and systems.
3. Monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Providing technical support to users, both in-person and remotely.
