About the Role As an Adhoc SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering inclusive, supportive learning activities. Help promote pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development. Contribute to a safe, positive, and nurturing school environment. Be available for flexible, short-notice cover as required. What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates who: Have previous experience working with SEN children (school settings, care roles, youth work, etc.). Are compassionate, resilient, and motivated to support young people. Can work effectively as part of a team and follow teacher guidance. Are reliable and comfortable with adhoc working patterns.
