£45,000 - £55,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £65k+)

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for a Senior Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.
This is a key position within the business, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to step into a more senior role with added responsibility, influence, and long-term progression.
The Role
You'll be the go-to engineer on site-handling complex faults, supporting junior engineers, and ensuring high standards across service and maintenance work.
* Service, maintenance & fault finding on commercial refrigeration & AC systems
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
* Support and mentor junior engineers
* Assist with commissioning and system optimisation
* Work independently across customer sites
* Participate in a 1-in-7 call-out rota
* Use Simpro system for job management and reporting
What They're Looking For
* F-Gas Category 1
* Strong background in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning
* Proven experience handling complex faults and large systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills
* Ability to lead by example and support junior engineers
* Based in or around Hampshire
Desirable (Not Essential)
* CO2 experience
* Commissioning experience
* Experience with Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems
* Previous mentoring or supervisory experience
