We are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out specialist painting works on fire doors, frames, and casings within the M8 area. This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience working specifically with fire‑rated doors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Painting fire doors, frames, architraves, and casings
2. Preparing surfaces to a high standard
3. Ensuring all works meet fire‑safety and compliance requirements
4. Maintaining a clean and professional work area
5. Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Requirements
6. CSCS Blue Card or NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating
7. Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate
8. Previous experience painting fire doors is essential
9. Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
10. Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
