Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering training on MRI’s FM products, both pre-defined and ad-hoc.
* Maintaining client contact throughout the training lifecycle.
* Evaluating and improving training materials.
* Staying current with industry news and product updates.
* Providing support and guidance to customers.
* Escalating issues as needed.
* Managing workload in line with project timelines.
* Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
* Achieving team and personal objectives.
* Following MRI’s working practices and suggesting improvements.
Requirements include:
* Deep knowledge of facilities management processes and regulations.
* Experience as a training consultant in FM software or as a software trainer.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
* Flexibility to work extra hours and travel within the UK and globally as needed.
