Reliability Engineer
Hours: Monday to Friday Days based with flexibility Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: Banbury
An established and fast-paced FMCG manufacturing business is seeking a proactive and driven Reliability Engineer to join its engineering team on a days. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Reliability Engineer who wants to move beyond reactive maintenance and take ownership of a structured preventative maintenance and asset reliability programme. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, managing and executing a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance strategy to minimise downtime, extend asset life and optimise plant performance.

Responsibilities:
Developing and executing proactive PPM schedules
Identifying and implementing corrective actions taking part in continuous Improvement initiatives
Conducting detailed inspections across mechanical, electrical and site services equipment
Uploading and managing maintenance data within a CMMS
Analysing performance data to improve reliability and reduce waste
Coordinating spare parts and engineering stores
Requirements:
HNC / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
experience within FMCG or industrial manufacturing
Strong fault-finding and root cause analysis capability
Experience setting up or leading a PPM programme
Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing experience beneficial
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
