The Role: * The Business Development Manager will develop and grow relationships with national and regional house builders, developers, and new‑build contractors. * Identify new project opportunities and secure specifications for windows, doors, and associated fenestration products. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to tender, negotiation, and contract award. * The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure smooth project delivery. * Represent the brand at industry events, site meetings, and client presentations. * Deliver against agreed sales targets and contribute to long‑term strategic growth. About You: * Proven experience selling windows, doors, or wider fenestration products into the new build or residential construction market. * Strong network of contacts within house builders, developers, and construction decision‑makers. * The Business Development Manager will be confident in technical product discussions and able to interpret drawings/specifications. * Commercially astute, target‑driven, and comfortable managing a field‑based role. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. * Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
