The Role As a Graduate Customer Support Analyst, you will join a structured training programme designed to build your technical knowledge and confidence. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them get the most out of the company’s software products. Working closely with developers, test engineers and technical business analysts, you will analyse issues, support system configuration and play a key role in resolving client challenges. Over time, you will develop strong product expertise and have opportunities to move into roles with greater responsibility across the business.
