Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and delivery of social media strategies across a wide range of clients.
* Manage and mentor a Social Media Account Executive.
* Act as a key client contact and strategic advisor
* Pitch and lead new business opportunities alongside the Head of Social
* Identify trends, bring fresh ideas, and drive innovation across platforms
* Oversee influencer campaigns and collaborate closely with creative, media, and video teams
* Deliver training, consultancy, and insights for clients
* Support performance, invoicing, and day-to-day team operations
Requirements:
* A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
* Proven experience managing social campaigns in an agency environment
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or relevant working experience.
* Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members
* Confident with client management, strategy, and execution
* Strong knowledge of social platforms, content trends, and influencer partnerships
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Data-driven mindset with an eye for detail
