We're looking to add a Service Engineer here at Chubb Community Care. Ideally based on the M6 corridor between Stoke on Trent and Warrington this role would ideally suit an Engineer with Fire or Security experience. To provide small works engineering functions from initial survey, through installation to commissioning and customer handover To participate in an out of hours callout rota(typically 1 week in 4) To achieve minimum KPI targets for Response and First time fix on all Corrective and Preventative Maintenance visits. Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge: Good basic education and ideally a relevant qualification in the electrical /electronic industry. Alternatively able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge through assessment. Good standard of IT skills. (Computer Literate). High level of Customer Service experience. Full UK Driving Licence. Sound technical knowledge in the following disciplines: Warden / Nurse Call, access control, Intercom systems.
