To provide person centred 1-1 support to a young gentleman in the Chesterfield area. This support will include accessing the local community to engage in a range of activities. This includes going out for meals, the cinema, escape rooms, lazer quest and lots of other adventures.
Our employer is not a 'people person' and can sometimes struggle in busy areas. A driver is essential for this role, with use of a vehicle for work purposes. A willingness to support our employer to LGBT support group is required also and the ability to be able to support with communication on his behalf when required.
Our employer suffers with chronic Lung Disease, the ideal candidate should not be a smoker because of this.
To support a young man to access his community - this includes but is not limited to going out for food, the cinema, escape rooms and Lazer Quest. Someone with a strong sense of Adventure will be the perfect candidate for this role. A driver will be required for this role, with use of their own vehicle for work purposes.
Support to attend a local LGBT group is required and someone who can communicate on behalf of the employer is essential.
