ACCOUNT MANAGER
We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, support account growth and contribute to new business in a small, fast-growing business.
This role is hands-on and suits someone who wants responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Managing a portfolio of client accounts day to day
* Building strong, trusted client relationships
* Reviewing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
* Spotting upsell and account growth opportunities and raising them proactively
* Working with partners and platform contacts
* Supporting new business through referrals, outreach and inbound leads
* Keeping accounts organised, proactive and commercially focused
* You’ll be trusted to manage your accounts properly, not just service them.
