You may assist small groups of children with tasks or provide general classroom support as well as be able to modify behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Also, if needed, be able to handle a 1:1 learning environment. This is a flexible and rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference every day.What you'll need to succeedTo thrive in this role, you’ll need to have experience in childcare or teaching, or something with relevant transferable experience, with a proactive and supportive attitude. You should be confident working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines.
