What you’ll do
* Lead the planning, organisation and delivery of all internal and external exams with accuracy and integrity.
* Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to support school improvement.
* Ensure compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, acting as the lead exams officer.
* Work closely with senior leaders, teachers, and support staff to make data meaningful and actionable.
* Champion high standards, innovation, and efficiency in all aspects of exams and data management.
What we’re looking for
* A highly organised, meticulous professional with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong IT and data analysis skills (MIS/Arbor/Excel or similar).
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work confidently with staff, students, and parents.
* A calm and solution-focused approach, especially under pressure.
* Previous experience in data management or exams administration (school/college setting desirable but not essential).
* A forward-thinking, supportive environment where your expertise makes a real difference.

Work Schedule
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Term time plus inset days, and 3 additional weeks. Permanent.
