Hyperloop has partnered with an exciting scale-up business in Chester, seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.
Working in a fast-paced, modern Agile environment, the successful candidate will provide day-to-day 1st and 2nd line support for IT issues across the business, managing and maintaining high levels of service.
The role is suitable for a 2nd Line Engineer with at least 2 years' commercial experience in IT Service Desk support.
Key Skills Required
1. Minimum 2 years' commercial experience in IT Support
2. Experience with 1st / 2nd line support functions
3. ITIL-based Service Desk experience
4. Experience with JIRA for logging, tracking, and resolving incidents
5. Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
6. High levels of customer service
7. Experience working in an Agile environment
The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 (DOE) and will initially be based on-site in Chester, transitioning to a hybrid model after passing probation. The position is accessible from Birkenhead, Flintshire, Warrington, Wirral, and Wrexham. To apply, click here!
