RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR CMB Recruitment is working with a long established and very successful East Belfast based Financial Planning organisation that is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The role will involve greeting clients when they come into the office and providing a friendly and efficient telephone answering service, directing queries to the appropriate staff member. In addition, the successful candidate will also provide general administrative support, photocopying, filing etc. THE PERSON We are seeking candidates with the following skills: A pleasant and friendly telephone manner with strong listening skills Be able to take accurate messages and pass them on to the appropriate colleague. Greet clients when they arrive at the office both pre-arranged appointments and walk-ins. Always present a professional but friendly image of the company both in attitude and personal appearance. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate note taking and completion of administrative tasks. Strong Microsoft Office computer skills. Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role would be advantageous but not essential, particularly if in Financial Services.
