Your Journey as a Head of Business:
* Accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, offering a first‑class experience for associates and customers.
* Ensuring all processes and standards meet FCA regulations and manufacturer expectations.
* Championing outstanding customer service and coaching the team to deliver excellence.
* Leading all aspects of dealership operations, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and after‑sales care.
* Recruiting, developing and retaining talented associates, providing regular reviews, training and progression plans.
* Building meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies and procedures to an exceptional level.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A proven top‑per‑former at a leadership level within the automotive sector, driven by a passion for the industry.
* Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, with the ability to satisfy GI Compliance requirements and maintain good financial repute.
* Experienced in managing budgets and leading high‑performing teams, dedicated to motivating and coaching your team to excellence.
* Customer‑orientated with excellent communication skills and a people‑first mindset.
