BMS Energy Services Manager\nLondon (Hybrid) | £70,000 – £80,000 + Benefits\n\nAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Energy Services Manager to lead BMS-focused energy optimisation initiatives across a diverse client portfolio.\n\nIn this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients reduce energy consumption, enhance sustainability performance, and achieve measurable savings through smarter use of their Building Management Systems.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * \n\n Lead the delivery of energy optimisation projects centred around BMS and HVAC systems\n\n * \n\n Conduct detailed site surveys and develop energy-saving strategies\n\n * \n\n Build strong client relationships and deliver clear, data-driven reports and presentations\n\n * \n\n Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes\n\n * \n\n Identify opportunities to grow service offerings within existing client accounts\n\n * \n\n Champion innovation, renewable energy adoption, and carbon reduction initiatives\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in an energy management or BMS-related role\n\n * \n\n Technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or Schneider BMS systems\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and client management skills\n\n * \n\n Experience producing energy reports and optimisation proposals\n\n * \n\n Commercial awareness and the drive to ident...
