Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: HC9 £40,777 - £45,091 (plus £5,000 market rate supplement per year, total £45,777 - £50,091)
Welcome payment: £10,000 (see attached guidance)
Relocation package: up to £10,000 available

Role Overview
We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic Assessment and Support Service. In this pivotal role you will support a diverse team that includes experienced Social Workers, ASYE practitioners, and student Social Workers in placement.
You will be responsible for supporting the Team Managers in developing the Assessment and Support Service, linking with early help services delivered in the community, and providing professional learning to social workers and family support workers. You will also develop and deliver training, engage in high‑level partnership working, and support services and community organisations to identify, assess and deliver high quality Early help services to children and families.
The overarching objective is to ensure that children and families stepping down from child protection services receive the right help at the right time, and to make sustainable improvements in outcomes.
