* Manage business process initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and driving quick -wins.
* Engage with stakeholders groups to gather and document business requirements.
* Conduct process mapping to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement in future -state processes.
* Develop business cases to support project proposals.
* Lead the presentation of prototype, gather client feedback and ensure clients goes through a User Acceptance Testing.
* UAT to ensure it delivers on client expectations.
* Lead meetings with clients, documenting decisions and project managing follow ups and tracking project milestones and timelines.
* Document and translate client requirements into technical requirements for the Solution Architect to develop.
* Previous experience with D365 is essential.
