Multi-Skilled Hospitality Professional
Mrs Sippy is a well-established cocktail bar at the heart of the town, built on quality, consistency and a welcoming atmosphere.
We are currently building the next phase of our team and are looking for an experienced bartender who understands that great hospitality goes beyond making cocktails.
About the Role
All of our team members are multi-skilled and expected to:
* Confidently prepare drinks / cocktails to a high standard
* Move between bar service and floor service when required
* Clear and reset tables
* Maintain venue cleanliness throughout service
* Check and maintain guest areas (including toilets)
* Support the kitchen by taking orders or running food when needed
We work as one team across the entire venue.

What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years cocktail bar experience
* Strong understanding of classic cocktails
* Professional, reliable and punctual
* Happy to be hands-on across the venue
* Calm under pressure
* Available evenings and weekends
* Reliable transport due to our location
