Description
* Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
* Build strong relationships through business development and networking
* Match candidates to roles through screening, interviewing, and market insight
* Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on hiring trends and career development
* Work towards targets and KPIs with the support of experienced mentors
Profile
* University graduate (any discipline) with strong interpersonal skills
* Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
* A team player with a competitive edge
* Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not essential
