The Role
The Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions using Salesforce RCA. This role acts as a design authority and trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready revenue platforms across Sales, Service, and Finance domains.
Your responsibilities
1. Own end-to-end RCA architecture covering product modelling, pricing, quoting, contracts, subscriptions, and billing orchestration
2. Define target-state architecture for Q2C transformations and CPQ-to-RCA migrations
3. Lead discovery and visioning workshops with UK and global stakeholders
4. Review and approve solution designs, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices
5. Design advanced pricing engines, discount governance, bundles, and inheritance models
6. Architect subscription, usage-based, and hybrid revenue models
7. Integrate RCA with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing platforms, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
