We’re looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our Worthing team. This is a full time position paying an OTE up to £35,000 What you’ll do: Build strong client relationships and guide customers through the property market Conduct engaging property viewings Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Stay ahead of market trends and industry regulations What we’re looking for: Proven sales or customer service experience, property experience preferred Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-focused A supportive team player with a proactive mindset What’s in it for you?
