Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our client's operation on a full-time basis, with a permanent job offer at the end of the temp to perm period for the right candidate.
Full training for this role will be provided, but candidates with a background in production work / CNC Machining/paper conversion machine experience are highly beneficial.
* Monday - Thursday
* 12 hour shifts
* 1800-0600
Skills:
* Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to operate various machines as and when needed.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
* Ability to work to targets/deadlines set by management without supervision.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
* After completion of a 12-week period through the agency, you will be offered a permanent position with the company.
* Monday to Thursday shift schedule (No weekends)
* On-site parking
* Weekly pay
* Pension (Through the agency)
* Quick turnaround on start date.
