Customer Service Advisor## Job IntroductionYour responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls from housing tenants when they have issues with gas, heating, electricity and other general repairs emergencies, resolving customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services.You will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
