The Role
A newly created position! The Group Operations Director will lead and develop operations teams across multiple sites, driving efficiency, compliance, and customer excellence. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to support ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver operational strategy, setting KPIs and driving performance.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to foster a high-performance culture.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and cost efficiencies.
* Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and to quality standards.
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to support growth.
* Champion innovation, new technology, and continuous improvement.
* Lead risk, crisis, and business continuity planning.
About You:
* Proven track record in a senior/director-level operations role in Fire & Security.
* Strong leadership, commercial, and financial management skills.
* Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder engagement ability.
* Motivated, organised, and values driven.
