Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the United Kingdom for a Technical Services Lead. The Technical Services Lead will oversee the management and delivery of technical services, including the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities and systems. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices for operational efficiency, and coordinating preventative maintenance schedules. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to clients.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in managing maintenance, repair, and technical services in facilities management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate technical teams.
* Knowledge of compliance standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in facility operations.
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges proactively and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with clients, team members, and senior management.
* Proficiency in planning and implementing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
* Degree or qualification in engineering, technical management, or a related field is preferred.
* Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient solutions in facility management is a plus.
