Job Purpose
To efficiently operate, maintain, and manage heavy-duty mixing machinery while ensuring seamless workflow in a high-pressure production environment. The role demands exceptional physical capability, technical problem-solving skills, and teamwork to meet stringent production targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Machine Operation & Maintenance:
* Safely assemble, dismantle, operate, and troubleshoot industrial mixing machinery.
* Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
* Adhere to strict operational protocols and safety guidelines.
2. Material Handling:
* Decant 15kg baskets of raw materials throughout the shift.
* Manually push tubs weighing 180-200 kg
* Ensure accurate material measurement and mixing ratios.
3. Workflow Management:
